Soul Food VS Raw Food
" Global Design Research is a journey to the five continents to trigger a
discussion with designers and craftsmen on their disciplines and in a
wider perspective on cultures, customs, know-how, habits and traditions. At the end of this non-exhaustive round the world trip, the aim will be
to have created a collection of objects linked to food in the broad
sense of the word, through selection only, so as to demonstrate and
develop views and a conclusion to this project under the form of a
publication as well as an exhibition in 2014 in collaboration with Depot
Basel. "
Global Design Research is a research project in the field of design led
by Sibylle Stoeckli, products and industrial designer, who graduated
from ECAL in 2004.
